Karma Care was founded by a group of healthcare professionals and disability advocates who saw a gap in the system — not a lack of services, but a lack of genuine human connection in the way those services were delivered.
We started small, with a handful of clients in Victoria's inner suburbs and a team of five passionate carers. Over the years, we've grown into one of Victoria's most trusted NDIS providers — but our founding principle has never changed: every person we support deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
Today, Karma Care employs over 150 qualified support workers, nurses, and coordinators, serving clients across metropolitan Victoria and regional Victoria.
